You have to open an account with a broker (online or with offices here is cebu)

They usually have a minimum amount to open an account.
BPI is 25,000

others I don't have the figures.

Once you have an account. You deposit your CASH into that account and you can trade.

PSE (Philippine Stock Exchange) opens at 9:30AM to 12:00NN
That is the time you can trade.

online broker - mas barato ang charges sa service nila and pas pas , sa balay kalang sa computer mo mag trading & you need to deposit thru bank to bank (manila) if dire ka cebu nag poyo.. mas okay if may bank account ka naka pareha sa ela.. see details sa ilang website for instruction para maka enroll or deposit sa pondo nimo.

2. how much your willing to invest --- Money 5k to 25k minimum para sa online.. dont know sa live broker .

3. apply na fill up the form sa broker. deposit imong kuwarta..

4. tagaan ka account username & password para sa online broker.. for live broker tawag sa telephone sa imong agent na live broker sabihin mo gusto kong bilhin ang jollibee... actually pag live broker ... they will teach you.. parang bumibili ka ng Pizza sa telephone (order) kaso wala lang pizza darating sa bahay niyo.. just certificate of share kung balak mo for very long time investment.. pero pag hindi no need for certificate add gasto lang yan..

5. sa online naman puwede ka pud mag read sa intruction paano mag start ordering.
