u can take short courses man bro.. specifically sa type of food na imu gusto i-focus..
coz if ul take , let's say 1 year.. ang monthly sa ako bro was 14K.. mahal-an man si mama but nindot man pod if mka gradweyt ka..
i'm planning to take pastry.. short course, kay hilig man ko luto2x pan ug cake! heheheh

sa caro and marie it varies kay per set man yan... like bars and cookies is one course yata and that is 2 days... chinese dishes is another course... commercial breads is another course... pies is another... and so on and so forth..... and the biggest factor in how much is kung hands-on ba or not ang ila course.
