AFFORDABLE WORKOUT GYM

Hey does anyone know a good affordable gym near banawa (one ride)? Im looking for a GYM thats affordable and the equipment thats not rusty ky kuyaw ta ma tetanus. hehe

Also for others that need to know, any affordable gym thats within Cebu.

so far ang metrosports have the best deal. the equipments are all good and very sturdy, they have good aircondtioning now than before and the price is just ryt. a few dsadvatages as I have seen like u have to go down for the shower, the shower room is shared with the spa clients so u have to wait sometimes, sometimes too many peps since the gym is affordable, and drinking water sometimes is not refilled and considering if your place where you stay is in Banawa, that will be like two rides away if you are using public transport and may take you like 30-40 mins of travel time just going to Metrosports and from the main street to the actual metrosports you still have to walk a certain distance without any covered walkway to the actual metrosports building and then less than an hour travel time again going back home (unless if you live and breathe working out then it will be a good trade off). Again just my personal observation. Good points are: Affordable, Many gym equipments many new and some old, can motivate u more since u can see alot of people wall climbing doing badminton etc, free shower, free locker, good airconditioning, good lighting with the new gym room, plus they are expanding... overall I will give them 4 stars out of five.. And I can personally recommend it.

thanks kratos.. i used to work out there but then i can borrow my dad's car and i didnt have a job. lol. holiday gym in banilad is also nice. dont know how much though, i went there once to play badminton.

ur most welcome kiiroi.. Well holiday gym has to be one of the best! Or it is a good competitor with the top caliber gyms in Cebu, all their equipments are NAUTILUS, which is by far highly researched and developed equipments for physical training and rehabilitation. But not just that all their equipments are the newer models of Nautlius. If you are very particualr about the machines you use, this gym (Holiday Gym) should be first in my toplist! But I think the price is not as expensive as Fitness first but higher than that of Metrosports, Plus their Trainers are very helpful, just my opinion, unlike other gyms if you want to compare, just sit around and chat to people whom they are friends to.. Well as they've said price comes with benefits.. Holiday Gym is I think not just a gym but if you also avail of their other amenities, you can get more than what you have paid for, because it is like a meccah of any health enthusiast, you just don't run of interesting sporty things to do, amenity wise. Holiday Gym and other Holiday Amenities i rate 4.5 stars

I am not exactly sure if it is near your palce but there is MYX gym near Mcdo Basak, if you want cheap, 7 days a week open gym with no frills and no bloated membership fee, then that will be just the right one your looking for if you are on a tight budget and you want value for your money peso for peso AND not mention quite near to Banawa.

The Equipments are not i think rusty although I have never gone to see their equipments personally but I think they are one of the newly opened gyms in Cebu. If you are in Mcdo Basak just ask around for a MYX gym, it's just a few blocks away from it.
