PayPal only gave limited access before but they recently raised the limits and we can now freely send and receive money.

You can create a PayPal account but you will be required to have a VISA or MasterCard credit card. They also accept the UnionBank ATM which works as a VISA debit card.

I tried withdrawing $500 but was only able to get $495 since the max daily is $500. They said 5-7 days but I got mine in just 3 days using UnionBank debit card!

As for now, only UBP EON Visa Electron is accepted sa Paypal among other debit cards.

Only 2 valid ID's and P350 fee to get your card. I think 5-7 banking days makuha mo na card nimo. You must deposit at least P1,000 to your account in order ma add sa imong Paypal ang debit card.
