How often do you take whey protein, apil ba days when you are not working out or before & after gym ra?

efective kau ang whey protein bai...kay usahay di man gyd nato ma apas ang protein intake gud...so mao nay role sa whey protein, para additional protein intake....ayaw palit dha sa gnc bai kay mahal kau... naa koy mga baligya, barato ra kau ako gipang sell...
