pitsay, pwede baya basta one n d am, one noon time and last for the day ends or before going to bed. way sayd epek. after mga 6 or 7 month ginamit makita na ang epekto. kusog na motubo imo buhok unya sunson kaau. visible effect inig ka human sa 6 or 7 mos. pero when orally taken, mausb jud imo facial expression, mora na ug horsey!

mubaga jud imong buhok after using mane n tail.. i dunno why pero in-ana jud ang effect and i asked my friends abt sad who are using the same product.. they all agree with me.. so if nipis kag buhok and u want volume, then buy it.

i am planning to buy one ana pero i dont want add volume to my hair cz baga nmn gd xa daan..my hair was cut short as in very short accidentally mura na btaw xa ug lampaso..grrr!! and my friend advises me to use daw mane and tail to make it grow longer and faster...d sd daw xa sure if effective ba?..im in dilemma!!

that's terrible.. but it depends man gud.. i think the results vary. basta for me, when i used it, nibaga jud akong hair.. but not right away ha.. i bought man gud the biggest bottle plus the conditioner pa jud. so.. double results.. pero if u want, u can buy the small one.. see if it works on u. coz u never know if mutaas jud daun dba? pero if hadlok jud ka, yaw nalang.

pero do not let ur hair hinder u from goin out oi! u should! u cant stay stuck at home til ur hair grows longer! besides, ull stay beautiful man sad. but if u cant bear the haircut jud, wear a cap lang im sure it wont hurt.. besides, it's summer. u can always say, "init bya!!" hehe
