Hand Sanitizer is only used when you don't have access to wash your hands. Hand washing is recommended if it's available.

a similar research was done by my classmates at medschool several years back. their findings was that hand sanitizer was as effective with handwashing.

No. Using hand sanitizer is okay when i can't find any soap and waer to wash my hands. I don't like it coz i feel like that it JUST covers up the dirt but it doesnt really clean my hands.

Hand washing is better coz ma feel gyud nimo na clean imong hands. Medical personnel washes their hands before and after operation but they do NOT use sanitizers.

its not really better but di mangud at all times naai sink nga maka wash ta...so having a hand sanitizer is helpful man pod depende lage sa sitwasyon.

that's true, effective hand hygiene can be done through handwashing or the use of alcogel... however, if you see dirt in your hands, handwashing is still the better alternative...

some one said its actually the same ang benefit nga makuha. but we have the choice to either use hand sanitizer or soap and water. if one of which is impossible to use then used the other one.
