Best Lechon in Cebu

Hello all! Just wanted to ask if where in Cebu is the best lechon? We still prefer yung may lechon sawsawan at yung hindi maalat na lechon. We tried kasi Rico's lechon and it's maalat, you need to sawsaw sa vinegar. Thank you in advance for the recommendations. Our team is visiting Cebu next month kaya crowd sourcing na ang person hehe!
