I have been doing some reading about the use of sodium bicarbonate and sports nutrition.
About three weeks ago I started dosing .3 grams per kilo of body weight just to see if claims of recovery were a benefit.
I have been diluting in a half liter of water the sb 60-90 minutes before workout.
I do a lot of hard core intervals on my bike to give a reference for workouts.
After this trial so far I have noticed a significant recovery between intervals thus allowing more effort limiting fatigue along with recovery from day to day.
Again, I work out hard which recovery would take longer.
Wondering if anyone has heard of this type of supplementation?
