I'm really pissed how Citibank helps their customers. I really hate their customer service. You request for things but you don't get what they promised. I've called in plenty of times, but they just disregard your request. Since I'm not happy with their service, I decided to discontinue their awful service... They have a bad webpage, quick inquiry don't work... Best advice, don't get citibank credit cards... it's no good for you. Just brings you problems.
They also offer you some kind of insurance after they have already known knowledge on how much you're making through your credit card statements of some sort. Anyways, how can I trust them if they keep breaking their promises...
