    I 100% support that. Nothing is as easy as burning calories than a long walk. And it's also not difficult for seniors. I would recommend this to everybody. Learn to walk more and drive less. However, I've seen that some people result to weight loss medication or supplements. It's an easy route, honestly, but a good majority of those supplements have side effects. That's why I don't recommend that.
