Default Evaporative Air Cooler for Internet Cafe!?

MODS: if this is not good to be posted here, please delete...

Evaporative Air Cooler description: Evaporative cooler - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

AFAIK, our country's humidity is very high and using this in closed spaces like: offices or Internet Cafe 'may' contribute moist or have a "negative" impact on PC's?
BUT as you know, its power consumption is around 80% lesser than that of air conditioned counterparts!
even though that it may not be as ultra cold as compared to air conditioners..., consider its operating cost!

I have seen its usage in action, and its cool as well even in big and open areas!

Anyone used this in closed spaces? like offices with computers or Internet Cafe?

of those who don't know this, you have probably seen these on MALL's or somewhere else...

    Any inputs are highly appreciated!

    here is a sample pic:

Evaporative air conditioners( https://vankool.com/veac/) are a game-changer, especially for those seeking energy-efficient cooling options. These units work by drawing warm air through water-saturated pads, cooling the air through evaporation. This process not only cools but also humidifies the air, which can be a boon in dry climates. I installed one in my workshop, and it has made a noticeable difference in air quality and temperature. The setup was straightforward, and the maintenance is minimal—just regular cleaning and occasional pad replacements. However, it’s important to note that these units are less effective in humid conditions, as the air’s moisture content affects the evaporation rate. Overall, if you’re looking for a sustainable and cost-effective cooling method, an evaporative air conditioner is worth considering.
