Based on my personal knowledge coming from friends and relatives... It is not that easy and simple being hired as a Government / Public School teacher... basin pagtuo sa uban basta licensed LET naka, diretso dayon mo madawat bisan walay teaching experience.


Take note, ang basehan sa ilang selection dili lang ang mga entrance exam, interviews, and demo. Here are some qualifications para ma hire ka as public school teacher:

1. Usually ang madawat kay naay 2-5 years teaching experience gikan private schools. (Major points ni sa Ranking)
2. 1-2 years as volunteer teacher / assistant teacher sa public schools (meaning 1-2 years ka tagaan lang ug allowance).
3. Naay endorsement sa powerful politician (mayor, governor, congressman, senator, president).
4. Topnotcher sa board exam.

If wala ka either sa 4 factors... then pang wallet ra jud na ang inyong PRC ID.. or pang Republic Act 1080 (Entry into government) if maswerte-an.

Yes... Naa man gud uban nagtoo nga bisan wala pa silay teaching experience, if naana silay LET license diretso dayon sila masulod sa public schools, earning 18k or more.... moagi usa mo sa butas ng karayom.

Pero if willing mo byaan ang call center work, then mag volunteer for a few months or work in a private school with measly salary... perhaps magka dako ang inyong chance masulod sa public... labi na ron nga sige ug hiring sa mga qualified persons.

Not very understood what others wrote, and that would say their opinion. It is not very hard. I even saw https://writtinggeek.blogspot.com/20...ervice-in.html that it's enough to go through the courses. And what they say it takes 5 years to teach in elementary school may be true, and maybe outdated information.
