Hi. I bought a new 250 GB hard drive one year ago. The computer stopped seeing it after 20-30 minutes of work last week. Everything else worked on the C disk since it was not the main one. Therefore, I had to ask for help from data recovery services near me. however, I have another problem now. The frequency of my graphic card drops from 2400 MHz to 700 MHz in games. The problem eliminates after enabling the vertical synchronization. However, the fps becomes 60. Should it vary so much? What can I do? Who has faced a similar problem?
