Hey, guys. I've had a pretty busy month and I can't literally stop my thoughts for a second. Need help finding a way to relax.
As for me, lifting is a great way to wind off your problems and things you can't really change. However, I'm not sure if it's an option for you cause it requires like 1,5 hours 3-4 days a week but in case you'll decide to start lifting it won't only help you wind off but it'll most definitely make you healthier and good looking
The best way to relax for me is definitely meditating. I've started doing it not so long ago but I've been feeling improvements since the very first day. In case you'd like it as much as I do I recommend you follow the meditation teacher training which will give you even more info about the whole process
In my free time, I usually do some small housework. I love fixing or improving things.
