My friends are coming to cebu. Some via domestic and some from abroad. Is there a connecting transpo to and from both airports? Or is it walkable? We want to meet up in one place either of the two.

Walkable ra jud siya... but lisod if daghan luggage nga dala. Since Terminal 2 is still so new, there are a lot of improvements that they need to work on--one of them is transportation between the two terminals.

Don't have a recommendation for that, although I'm pretty sure you were able to figure it out until now haha. It reminds me of the time when I surprised two of my friends that were coming to spend the weekend with me. I hadn't seen them for 2 years cause they had to figure out some visa issues and we were also quite busy, so it was a real event when they came. It was such a memorable experience for all of us, I don't think it's possible to ever be forgotten.
