If your negatives are 35mm then you can just go to fuji, colours or image center. Those shops that print digital files from your cameras or flash drives. When you bring your negatives to, say, fuji sa SM, the machine digitizes the negatives for printing/editing. I think they will charge mga 100 pesos per roll tngali including cd. If your negatives are 120mm or large format, walay service ana diri. If you are into a lot of that, then i suggest you buy a Genius negative scanner mga less than 10k, order from Manila.
