How much do you charge to build an app for a client, I know it's based on the specifications of the app, but how much do you charge on average.

Master Wenz, Thank you for the reply, are we talking in US$ or PhP? I know for a fact that it cost around $60K U.S. to have one developed in the U.S. and around $30K U.S. in India.
