Been with CVG for 9 months as TSR, telcom account and sapoton ko sa ka-queue. Karon akong ganahan unta kay chat tech support, kanang non-voice bitaw. Basin ug aduna moy ika-refer sa akoa. Chat tech support or Virtual Assistant, willing to be trained man pud. Naa ko nakita sa 24/7 kaso CSR type man ilang chat support. Nindot if chat lang kay bisag naay ubo or sip-on makaduty gihapon .
