Kaiser Estates and Greentech Land Development Corporation same company?

I asked this because the projects that Greentech Land Development Corporation are the same with Kaiser Estates which had a bad reputation as a real estate developer in the past as seen from this closed thread here since as early as 2012:

I wonder how many are not aware about this and if they are just the same bad actor with different company I wonder how our government especially HLURB acted on this.
