    Default What food makes you fit?


    Pack protein into your snacks and meals

    1.Poultry, such as chicken and turkey.
    2.Red meat, such as beef and lamb.
    3.Fish, such as salmon and tuna.
    4.Dairy, such as milk and yogurt.
    5.Legumes, such as beans and lentils.
    6.Eggs.

    I eat only good and healthy food and work out regularly to lose weight. But I also take some supplements for it from Canadian Pharmacy. I think they are really good and helpful. What do you think? Do you take any vitamins or supplements?

    So this would be a lowcarb diet?
