I think the problem is from your side, I had the same problem with my old phone. I could not upload videos on instagram, I have reinstalled the app thousands of times but it did not work. I think the best way will be to change your phone.. maybe it is too old. Guys if you are interested in improving your instagram page then I can suggest you to check auto instagram likes , it is a really good platform which can help you with that using many ways.
