Hello! I got a new job in Wellington and soon I’ll move there. I have to find a new place to live not far from the city center. Does anybody knows good property management company or someone, who can give me a flat for a rent?

Maybe you should look for a separately standing house — preferably a small one if you want to save money.

I know that it is really an unpleasant experience of moving from a house to another one. It takes a lot of nerves and time. I remember when I was moving two years ago.
