Asa 5a magpa openline sa Globe Prepaid Wifi?

Akong brother is out of the country na for one year as immigrant and naa sya'y gihatag nako nga Globe prepaid wifi pero deactivated na ang sim. Went to globe center to have the sim replaced but need nila ang receipt unya my brother has already lost it. So Globe would not allow me to have a globe sim replacement. So I want it to be openline on this para pwede sad mabutangan mako ug smart sim. Pls help
