Summary of Responsibilities:
* Coordinate appointments between vendors and/or service technicians and tenants
* Maintain the daily schedule of service technicians
* Assist the Property Manager with various clerical work
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Minimum one year related experience is preferred.
* Knowledge of maintenance is a big plus.
* Experience in dispatching or project management
* Advanced customer service skills
* Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
* Go getter personality with a "can-do" attitude (most important).
