    kinsay kabantay diha nihinay inyo internet connection? nag sige ug usab ang globe sa modem settings. awa ang gibuhat sa upload speed nako. suppose to be 10Mbps DL/ 2Mbps ang UL.... nahimo nalang tawn ug 170kbps upload! kaduha na ko nag reklamo about ani. taas pa jud ang ping

    This is for MIMO plans, but if you have the old modem, you can request to have it replaced just inform the CS that you want the modem replaced with that model.

    kanang unsa diay dapat upload speed aning globe plan 1699 10mbps UNLI nila? sakto lageg download, perting sang hinaya ang upload! less than 150kbps lang wa lage kaayo ni nila gi advertise ang upload speed silang sites

    Guys ask ko, magpataud mi ug Globe, ingun lage ang contractor nga bayad daw ug at least 10k kay layu daw mi sa "box" ug sa main road.

    please help. Nakapainstall naman ko ug PLDT sa una pero wala may bayad ang installation bisan layo kaayo mi sa "box"
