I now have a small commercial building located along the road, first floor for commercial activities and second floor for small office. I Im also renovating a big house I recently bought and gi convert nako as 20 door boarding house.. (wala pa nahuman due to the lockdown). sad to say, these real properties are not earning a dime now due to the lockdown.
