I know a guy who worked with us before. He suddenly went AWOL. After a week, the company he was working with for a few days called our HR for a background check. They never had a good feedback. What happened? His training was terminated. It was legal because they had a clause or something prior to the training on stuff like that.

BUT, he's just one of the few unfortunate people I know who went AWOL nga na timingan. But who knows? Timing2x lang gyud na.

what about me? i filed resignation letter, was given a confirmation letter signed by the tl, but here we go about immediate resignation. im being given the runaround to where i should get my med clearance, went to an accredited doctor, he knows the company where i work with, he said that clearance should be from the head doc, texted the head doc, she said that i need to request that from hr and hr will notify her.

i left my job to released some stress, but trying to get out is getting to be more stressful. ive spent time and money to follow the process, but this is the worst coming from what they say is the best call center around

Some companies usually do that. I guess its more like a consequence for quitting from their company. But so far my previous employer assisted me well on my exit process.
