Highest Paid ESL in Cebu?

Let's up this thread! Atong i post ang mga sweldo para naa tay idea unsay nindut nga ESL.

I am currently working in QQ English. mag five years nako inig May 14.

Basic salary kung starting ka is 8500 pesos per month...with or without student.

Kung di ka absenot, naa kay 1K per month unya motubo nag 300 on the next month kung wala gihapon kay absent.

Ang makapadako jud kay ang student incentives.

Kung Pure Online classes, ang regular teacher will get 15 pesos per class (25minutes per class)

Total open class is 16...so kung mapuno ni ug student ang imo 16 ka slot - that's 15x16 = 240 pesos...take note, kung perfect attendance ka, naay plus 3 sa tanang class...so nahug nga 15+3x16 = 288

5 days akong work but ang mga bag-ong ma hire kay 6 days na jud, wala nay 5 days.

So kung one month kay puno kag students then perfect attendance....it's 288x24 = 6912

So maximum jud nimo madawat ngari kung regular teacher ka kay

6912 (Student's incentive with perfect attendance)
8500 (Basic salary)
1000 (Perfect attendance incentive)

Total = 16, 412

Naa ways para mapadako nimo ang student incentives ngari sa company.So naa ra nimo unsaon jud nimo pagpadako.

Gusto ko makabalo sa uban para atleast magamitan nako akoang resume pangaply lain.

mo accept ba ang QQ ug pregnant applicant?

or asa kaha maau mg part tym ug esl nga pang gabie or weekends?

Anyone knows what company has the highest salary for ESL here in Cebu? It can also be home-based. Just need to consider my options since I'm planning to leave my job. Any suggestions will help. Thanks!

•Langrich (English Central) = 7-8K+ for part-time/4 hours a day, 5 days a week/various schedule available but weekends off is rare
= 18-21K for full time

•Winkey = 6-7K+ for part-time (lots of possible deductions)/OT is highly possible

•United Re-Growth (MeRISE) = won't disclose the salary unless you finish the 2 weeks training/M-F 8:30-5:30 Class Sched

•Bridgeculture = 51 php/hr for part-time (IDK if they have plus incentives)

•Linguage = 60-80 php/hr

•Takahari = 8.5-10K per month for full-time/M-F class sched

•QQ English = 10K+ starting but will gradually increase/M-Sat class schedule

•English Fella = 9.5K starting but will gradually increase/M-F class schedule/weekends off

•GLATS = 4K per month for part-time/fixed 5-8 am class sched

Will add more if naa pa koy mahibaw-an. Hopefully naa pay moshare to help other teachers find their right place to be. 🙂
