If magpa-abang ka directly, yeah, you can choose man the people nga gusto nimo paabangon.

(Based on my own experience jud ni -- for 5 months, ok pa. around 6 months, nah, dili na motultol og bayad).

The way i see it, the rental you can earn in one month from "direct tenants", you can earn it in AirBnb with just a 10-day or 15-day stay.

Rental business is definitely not for everyone.
Same with other businesses, it's not for everyone pod.
