    I have lower back pain that is mainly attributable to sitting down for many hours every day, but I discovered that stretching my quad relieves the pain.Sometimes all it takes is bending over to pick up a pen from the floor for back pain to strike. According to post in Everydayhealth, stretching is important for staying flexible and avoiding back problems. It's also a key part of recovering from a back injury. Stretch before doing heavy lifting or exercise and make a habit of doing it before bed. Stretches can be as simple as bending forward, bending back, and bending side to side. As any one tired doing does it help?? Do let me know..

    same ta problem boss pero yoga helped me a lot gud, karon i feel like 18 again...

    Hi, I am Adam! Just found this interesting topic as i am victim of back pain. Back pain is general problem, Several causes i can tell which are responsible for back pain issue it will not enough to know these causes untill we get proper solution. Sometimes you sitting long in bad posture or lift heavy things in wrong manner big causes of appearing sudden back pain.

    Agreed on that exercise is the best remedies for back pain, I searches few exercise resources through internet as given below

    Hi Buddies, I Faced this back pain since 4yrs. I had used so many medicines. But there is no use of those medicines and etc. Atlast I decided to use only natural remedies for back pain.     I know what back pain is from my own experience. I started experiencing it when I became an office worker. Later I understood that the problem was in my chair. I bought a recliner for back pain here. Also I started going to the pool. Now I feel great even after a long working day.
