The Conjuring -2013
The scariest movie I've ever seen is probably The Babadook.
The film is psychological and carries a huge meaning. There is more family tragedy and despair of a single mother, whose beloved husband died in a coincidence on the birthday of their son, her unsuccessful attempts to establish a relationship with the child and "Babadook" itself is actually a subtext. It's a mental crisis of a depressed, unhappy woman who works for wear and tear, and despite everything very nice to others, killed by the misunderstanding of the child, who in turn doesn't receive understanding from his mother.
Mama. That movie scared me so much I can watch it over and over again. Also Woman in Black.
The scariest movie I've ever seen is the Saw series.
