Your problem is more than simple anyway and probably can be done with ease. Does it all you have or something more ? Cause I am lost in that sense. Or maybe you can even try to look into somewhere else like probably some help forum of them.

Drupal usually doesn't have any system in place to work on it entirely and simply. It's just CMS less and less common by the way. Have you considered to migrate to Wordpress or it's really not that good idea or something like that really ?
