    I like this. Being a "call centre agent" is indeed one of the jobs people look down upon, next to prostitution, and "toxic ang environment" is an understatement. Kun di ka duol's luwag, una g'yud ka'ng matangtang. No wonder the said industry's employee turnover rate is astounding. I'm not saying I won't come knocking on its door again, but as long as there are non-BPO companies, I'm staying away from BPO.
