I don't think mohatag pana sila sa ilang gipromise na returns + your investment, maybe for some. But close naman ila business and investors cannot file a case because it's already close. They cant file a case to those people that built the business kay the bussines is the entity man. So di jud kagukod ang mga investors. -I'm not sure lang pod ani tanan kay di ko lawyer.hmmm

Okay legal advice if ever it totally goes bust.

1st is mag file nang kaso ang mga hindi naka payout na investors nang large scale syndicated estafa sa officers, owners, para makulung cila without bail at hindi na ma ka pag scam. The more petitioners the better.

2nd is isama sa kaso ang claims for damages financial, exemplary, etc. para kahi paano ma soli ung investment kahit partial na lang.

wag na wag na hayaan nalang kasi this will give other would be scammers the confidence na "okay lang mag scam dahil hindi naman nakulong ung mga taga xabcx na scam company "

PS dapat tingnan talaga if naka register sa SEC ang ano mang investment schemes para sigurado na protectado ang pera na ilalabas mo. especially "registered to sell investments" , hindi lang registered as a corporation

Last advice if always mag check sa SEC advisories sa website nila, pag lumabas ang name sa company dun. Sirugaro hindi na tatagal yun. Out na agad.

Pag may SEC advisory, may maling ginagawa ang companya at wag mag invest dyan. Pag may 2nd advisory, talagan matigas ang ulo nang companyang iyan, lalo na kung may registration revocation order, bilang nalang ang araw at ma ra raid na yan.
