The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has revoked the license of Miko Lopez, the motorist who was seen in a viral video driving his car while seated in the passenger seat.

The LTO also perpetually barred him from getting a driver’s license and stripped him of the privilege to drive a motor vehicle.

In a resolution released Thursday, Lopez was charged with multiple violations such as speeding, reckless driving, failure to wear or use a seatbelt, and driving a motor vehicle without a steering wheel or Unauthorized Motor Vehicle Modification.

In a statement, Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade said that Lopez was a “danger to the public.”

I think this Luis Miguel “Miko” Lopez is mentally ill, and have a crazed passion for cars. He should be considered "armed with a vehicle" and dangerous. He should be taken off the face of this planet as soon as possible.. or he will cause serious damage to life and property other than his own.
