    Default Low Carb Intermittent Fasting


    Hi istoryans been doing this diet for 1 month and i lose 10 kgs

    ako mga 5kg or less ra tingali kaya. ug fluctuating pana. lol

    ang lisud gyd sa'ko ron ky ang kaon, kay nisaka gyd ang appetite labi na taud2 nako sig alsa sa gym.
    gradually nka adapt nko pero i admit dli gyd ingon nga full invested like accurately magkwenta sa calorie kada pagkaon. mgkwenta ko pero bana2 ra.

    i've cut off A LOT but i know naa pay dapat usbon.

    Thank you for the thread! I am trying to lose weight too. I have just ordered some weight loss pills from Canada Drugs, and I would like to try them out soon. What do you think about such stuff? Maybe you can recommend something to me here? I would appreciate any input
