Is it me or mas bati ang pagka animate ang Season 2 compared sa Season 1?

Waited for someone to say this!! I dunno if there is a concern for budget or
just being handled by a team of neophytes, becuz trying to animate each
panel of Murata's otherwordly talent requires an equivalent amount of skill.
High skilled animators = big budget.

This is why I'm not watching this very disappointing S2. Even Garou's face is
pretty far off from the manga.

Not just Garou but bisan kang Saitama face doesn't look the same. And to think simple ra dyod sya ug nawng since bald man sya.

This season covers a lot of fighting pa dyod. So, mas nindot unta if bigger budget ilang gi invest.
