Twitch is the best platform for watching Live stream of online games tournaments and it's free. If you do want to watch live stream of certain professional Gamers you'll have to pay.

Youtube also has live stream available. Check and subscribe to the event sponsors Youtube Channel. (Example: BeyongTheSummit, MarsDota)

Everything already listed here like mainly youtube broadcasts and twitch live tv. However that two everybody using and know for ?! Where else we can look for ? Dailymotion and vimeo probably do not have them ? Some topic websites probably, but that will be Twitch and YT anyway
