How can you call it black propaganda when absolutely no follow-up investigation has been made? Duterte says there is no presumption of innocence when it comes to public officials. And yet no investigation was ever done.

Marcos children were not directly involved with the accusations in the court case fyi. They were merely collateral whenever they were cited.
