    Default Reliable ATM banks

Just today I was so frustrated with China Bank.

Cge malang ni cla ga offline. Just today October 20 and 21 2 days consecutive nag offline ilang mga ATM. It so happened nahutdan nako og money. I have searched all china bank branches offline tanan. Even withdrawing sa other Bancnet ATMs down konohay ilang server. Its turning to be a weekend nightmare for me without any money to buy food.

I dont have any money to buy food for the whole weekend kay wala nakoy money and dili ko maka withdraw kay down ilang server.

I'm just curious why is that China Bank is always offline during weekends. Is it because more people are withdrawing during weekends? Is is this somekind of banking strategy to lessen money outflow. Seems this bank is really Chinese since they are so thrifty they fear of loosing money over their ATMs?
Don't worry you won't loose your money just customers in the long run you will still loose money.
I have been a customer with this bank for almost 3 years now. and even use china bank for my payroll. And every weekend and payday your ATMs will automatically go offline.

Another bad service is when you transact over the teller whether to deposit or withdraw you have to wait an hour and a half to get service over the ATM. The tellers seems extremely slow and most of the time only 1 teller will cater to 80-100 customers waiting in line thats why its so slow. the rest of the teller keeps on jabbering and talking to each other and hunting for good looking customers flirting not doing their job.
To add to the waiting time too many priviledged customers can go directly to the teller without waiting in line What the F****? I have been waiting for an hour and this Jabroni fat Joe Smeegle walks directly to the teller without any priority number directly to transact.

I'm sorry I don't like banks influenced by the Filipino Chinese tradition na over ka tihik na asta ang customer mahasol sa inyong ka tihik. Other banks seemed very seldom their ATMs go offline. Unlike china bank almost every weekend their ATMs go offline and the fact that I have to go from branch to branch just to find any China online ATMs it gives such a hassle and inconvenience.
Though I seem to live a fast life like I need service when I need it. It seemed that China Bank is very inconsistent with their service considering normal operation of service like consistency in providing ATM service.

I need a bank that fits my fast liifestyle that provides service consistency. I'll probably try BPI or metrobank. I think they are good.

Although this china bank is the one that my company uses to provide for my payroll, I will immediately wiretransfer my paycheck over to other banks and I don't care about the transaction cost. Just to avoid your horrible service.

i would recommend MetroBank. i do all my bank-to-bank transactions just over their ATM. not just that, they have a lot of branches all over town and (i guess) that's how you call conveniency.

@brown_dog: bro, good day sorry if na disappoint ka sa service, pro i think naa man to gpangpost na there will be a maintenance upgrade sa mga atm last two weeks, and naa man pud to sa site sa chinabank,if u happen to scan the website. naa man to gpangpost didto. nakatry pud ko og transact sa atm before sila nagdown and nakabasa man notice of downtime. almost all banks do that bro, na before sila magdown naa jud na notice for clients its either posters or websites. so you have to be also aware of the updates of your bank.

dli jud na matuyo na magdown bro.wlay banko na tuyo-on nilag down ang ilahang system.

    peace bro...!!
