it means u provide the place and labor, and then magnolia will supply u the chicks, feeds and supplements

I would recommend you first to find market for your business. You will invest money, produce chickens and then search for buyers? In this way you might waste a lot of time and money until you return invested funds. It would be better than to start with very small farm and then building it
