There are three shifts - morning, mid-shift, and evening. A relaxed environment - not too strict with tardiness because there is flexible schedule, if you're late, you can just extend your time so you can complete your 8-hours of work. Work is only from Mon to Fri, weekends are day offs. You also get a salary increase after your are regularized after 6 months. You should try it if you have the skills and experience for the position they are looking for!
