Our company is currently seeking a Web and Graphic Designer for our Cebu office.


Excellent English verbal and written skills are essential to the role.


The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with Sales and Marketing Team to implement design ideas for sales campaigns. The ability to work towards defined corporate standards whilst offering suggestion for continued improvement is also an important part of the role.

Responsibilities:


- Create determine the layout, font color, font type, logos, pictures and other visual and verbal aspects of a website
- Present the design to team lead, sales lead and CEO
- Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos and websites
- Incorporate changes recommended into the final design
Review designs for errors before posting
- Create visual concepts using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform or captivate consumers
- Develop the overall layout and production design


Qualifications:


- Bachelors Degree
- Must supply portfolio to demonstrate design ability for web, digital media solutions, marketing promotions and graphic design including URLs
- 2 years of professional web and graphic designer experience
- Strong technical knowledge in WordPress, adobe creative suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Acrobat)


- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS


- Must have strong organizational and planning skills, superior attention to details.


- Work under pressure, meet and exceed client expectations


- Basic understanding of computer and networks. Would be comfortable providing level 1 phone support for point of sale customers in Canada


- Solves problems through persistent and creative troubleshooting and research
Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective work relationships
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization;
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment;
Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team setting;
- Call Center experience preferred
