The lowest rate is at 5.3% 1yr repricing next is 6.3% 3yr repricing. we're thinking of getting the lowest rate but we're weary of how inconvenient it is to have the interest rate recomputed every year. sa mga nakasuway unsa ni ka hassle ang magpa recompute sa interest, mahuman rani in a day or two, pls share your experiences sa pagibig loan.
