Customer Service Representative (Voice Agent)

Contract · ₱18,000 - ₱20,000 / month

Job Summary:
* Taking calls and answering to emails
* Answering product and service questions
* Records and updates client / account information / order taking
* Clarifying complaints; determining and solving client complaints / problem.
Qualifications:
* Candidates should have at least 1-4 years of experience in their fields of expertise.
* A detailed resume with character references;
* The right candidate should also have an extensive knowledge in MS Office applications, fluent in English both verbal and written communication skills, and has focus and sense of urgency on tasks assigned.
Available working schedules:
* Five (5) days a week
​* Monday to Sunday 9pm to 6am / 10pm to 7am / 11pm to 8am ​
* Willing to work and be assigned on a graveyard, weekend, and holiday schedule.
