GUYS... TELETECH CEBU IS A DISASTER .... HERE ARE SOME REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD NOT JOIN THE COMPANY:
PAYROLL ISSUES - pay is always wrong and is very confusing. Pay slips are always late and hard to dispute. The dispute process takes 1 month to 2 months
Unaccomodating HR staff
No open door policy
Power tripping Management - Example - Jeff Garcia - ACE trainer scolds CSR's infront of other CSR - attitude tolerated
They only have free water - no coffee or juice
Performance incentive really sucks
Politcal environment is really worse - SOM are really assholes Jenna Cambay and Myenne Sy - to prove my point 2 Site Directors left the company in a span of one year because of the terrible political environment
Worst - they have no development plan in place for your development - no step by step upper levels as a CSR for you to progress...
Very harsh implementation of the Code of Conduct
No room for error - one strike policy enforced

kidding aside...I know a contact center who has the opposite of the things u hated w/ teletech!

i have worked in 2 call centers and i considered them ghetto camps pero dili ingon ani kagrabe sa teletech.

As of now, dili sako motuo ana. Sulayan sa nako this few months if ing-ana ba jud ang TeleTech.
So far, training pa ko ron for ACE program for HP TS. Hopefully, makalusot ko. Wave 5.1 man mi pero ambot lang kung pioneering pa ba na. Di naman siguro.
P.S. I think, our trainer, Colleen is cute. Hehe... Ari sako TeleTech, at least makadugang sa mga cute.
