Saw this today and what i think and my unsolicited advice: Never try to revive a classic. Revivals create so much hype but almost always don't live up to expectations.

Is it the actor? or is it the inevitable tendency to compare the recent from the classic and the new one has to outdo the former which is mostly difficult.

It's okay , i appreciate the music , but nothing compares to the classic.

Exactly! I-remaster na lang sana yung Classic Movies. Madaming magagandang movies noon, even series. Or might as well make new ones instead of revivals.
