You're the first one to ever bring this up and I agree with your presumption that Blast is pretty much just inaccuracy
coming from the HA staff/execs. They know someone from HA is doing an exceptional job in every dragon/demon
level terrors by soloing it and maybe only Tatsumaki (rank 2) has the clue of who that man really is. In ONE's version,
she had already spoken with Blast but the illustration's rather vague. There was no indication she had seen his face
in clear view, but definitely heard his voice. Well, this is just my own foolish theory though.
