I had a bad experience sa VBP. I was applying for IT Manager position sa ilang company. I passed the exam, finished with the HR interview and HR said na recommended for final interview daw ko. So mag wait ko ug text when ang interview with the Australian owners. A text came na scheduled for Monday akong interview 10am. So while ga prepare ko on a Monday morning for the interview, ni text ila recruitment team 8am that time na cancelled daw ako interview kay unavailable ang ila boss. I said, okay kay urgent meeting man daw.

Naabot nalang ug 2 weeks wala gihapon ang interview sige kog follow up tawn if when. Then after 2 weeks, nitext sila na dili daw ko hired. I mean WTF?! mag recommend sila nya di man diay ihire? wala man lang ko ka sturya sa owners kung unsa ako ma bring to the table. I was so angry na gi despise na nako sila na company.

worked here for almost two years sa vbp, I started this company na less than 10 employees palang.. cool kaayu ni nga company, ang mga boss David puros name very employee centric, sayangan gani ko nga nihawa ko diri.. very homy ang office, wa lang ko sure kung map paba ron kay nanga TL naman to ang mga kauban nako pero walay mahay ni nga company.. kung ma timingan lang kag client na di mohatag og task kay magtanga raka entire shift.. paid to do nothing ang show haha
